We are thrilled to announce that Natero has acquired CustomerLink, a technology and services firm based in Dublin, Ireland. This acquisition strengthens Natero's presence in Europe and expands service and support for our growing EMEA and APAC customer base.

With this acquisition, Natero gains an established team of industry experts that provide an immediate boost to Natero’s scale and capability in the region. Additionally, plans for Natero’s new EMEA office include the creation of several new roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Software Engineering.

Before establishing CustomerLink, John Kelly held senior EMEA leadership roles in Sales and Services at Intel, Citrix Systems, Vodafone, and Solarwinds. As part of our leadership team, John will assume overall responsibility for Natero's business in EMEA.
